Anna Paulina Luna announced plans to publish a Russian report on the John F. Kennedy assassination on Tuesday. The congresswoman said Russia’s ambassador gave her the documents, which could be “of massive historical significance.”

You’d probably think even America’s most committed Russia haters would be interested in these files. Even if they’re largely fake, they could have some noteworthy tidbits. But they haven’t reacted that way at all.

The Washington Post’s Marc Thiessen mocked Representative Luna on X, sarcastically saying there’s “zero chance the Russians are laughing at you.” Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project called her “such a patsy.” Mediaite published an article labeling the report “Russian propaganda.” 

It’s possible these liberals are right and the Russian files are a load of hogwash. But what if they’re not? It’s impossible to know what’s in the documents until you actually read them. Unhinged Putin Derangement Syndrome victims dismissing the report without a clue of what it contains suggests they probably have a hidden agenda.
