Iranian Supreme Leader Rejects Trump’s Surrender Call
Iran is ignoring Donald Trump’s demand for “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER.”
The country’s supreme leader rebuked the president’s statement on Wednesday, declaring that the Islamic Republic "will not surrender" and saying the U.S. will face “irreparable consequences” if its military enters the fray.
"The Iranian nation stands firm against an imposed war, just as it will stand firm against an imposed peace, and this nation will not surrender to anyone in the face of imposition," Khamenei said in a speech. “Intelligent people who know Iran, the Iranian nation, and its history will never speak to this nation in threatening language because the Iranian nation will not surrender,” he added.
Khamenei’s country flexed its ruthless military might hours later, injuring dozens of people in an attack on an Israeli hospital and other civilian centers.
