This could be the biggest scandal the media refuses to cover.

Missouri’s Attorney General is urging the Justice Department to investigate whether Joe Biden’s staff exploited his cognitive impairment to force liberal policies down America’s throat. 

“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” AG Bailey wrote in a letter to the DOJ. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power. Instead, it appears staffers… may have exploited Biden’s incapacity [to] issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them.”

Bailey argues that some of Biden’s executive actions, such as his late-term rampant pardon spree, are “legally void” if he did not give his knowing approval. Given Robert Hur’s 2024 assessment of Biden as “an elderly man with a poor memory,” it is comfortably possible that he had no idea what was happening in his own White House.
