Trump Dominates Swing States in Historic Reelection Victory
President-elect Donald Trump won a resounding electoral college victory on Tuesday, winning every major declared swing state en route to his second triumph in eight years.
Nearly every news outlet declared Trump the victor in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona, and the future president holds leads in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Alaska, the four states that have yet to be called.
If those results hold, Trump would walk away with 312 electoral votes, the most of any candidate since 2012. The political firebrand also leads the popular vote by nearly five million tallies.
Trump will become the first president since Grover Cleveland to serve two non-consecutive terms.
