MORE POLITICAL VIOLENCE: ICE Facility Falls Victim to Shooting
A gunman who had engraved a shell casing with the phrase "ANTI ICE" opened fire on a Dallas ICE facility on Wednesday, killing one and injuring multiple others.
Kash Patel shared details of the crime and the FBI’s investigation on X, saying “an initial review of the evidence shows an ideological motive behind this attack.” It was political violence.
The gunman struck three detainees, killing one and injuring two, but failed to hit any law enforcement personnel. He took his own life after the attack.
The shooting is the fourth assault on a Texas ICE facility this year and is the latest example of America’s emerging issue of left-wing political violence. First Charlie Kirk, then the Sacramento shooting, now this. Tom Homan said in July that attacks on ICE officers are "up nearly 700 percent now."
